Meet Our Coaches

Beth Bylewski

Coach

Hello, my name is Beth Bylewski. I have been coaching tumbling and cheerleading for 20 years at both the All-Star and High School level. I was a cheerleader for 20 years through town cheer, high school, college, and the All-Star level. I was also a competitive gymnast for 10 years. In 2003, I was named Section V Gymnast of the Year.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Niagara University and a master's degree in psychology from Medaille College. I worked as a mental health counselor for 5 years before dedicating my life to full-time coaching.

Recently, I became a mom to sweet Brooklyn James. I love to run, hike, kayak, and spend time with my pup. As a coach, I enjoy seeing the success and confidence of my athletes as they grow, overcome obstacles, and learn new skills.

Evan Bylewski

Coach

Hello, my name is Evan Bylewski. I started gymnastics when I was 3 years old and began competing USAG at the age of 8. In high school, I competed for the Amherst High Boys Gymnastics Team with a three-year undefeated record. In 2004, I received the Mark Monaco Memorial Gymnast of the Year Award, recognizing me as "most outstanding male gymnast" in New York State.

I attended the University at Buffalo, competing nationally in gymnastics 3 out of 4 years. In 2008, I ranked 28th in the nation for all NAIGC men's college gymnastics. By 2012, I retired from competing and graduated with a BA in mathematics.

This is my 21st year as a coach. My career includes coaching at Buffalo Turners, leading the UB Women's Gymnastics Team, and serving as head men's coach at Flips Gymnastics. In 2013, I founded Tumbling of WNY Inc. I am excited for the next chapter in life, and the rest of my story has yet to be written.
